The legal basis for processing the data of recipients of the Newsletter and commercial communications is the obtainment of the unequivocal consent of the recipient of the newsletter/commercial communications through their subscription. Furthermore, the legal basis for processing and sending Newsletters that HYDROLIA GLOBAL CONSULTING S.L. may send to its CUSTOMERS is the legitimate interest of HYDROLIA GLOBAL CONSULTING S.L., unless they have expressed their wish to unsubscribe by sending an email to dpd@octalia.es.

Retention period for the data of recipients of the Newsletter and commercial communications: HYDROLIA GLOBAL CONSULTING S.L. will retain the personal data of recipients of the newsletter and commercial communications of HYDROLIA GLOBAL CONSULTING S.L. that are necessary for sending the newsletter and other commercial communications for an indefinite period, unless they request cancellation of the newsletter and other commercial communications service in writing to dpd@octalia.es, attaching a copy of their National Identity Document.

Visiting HYDROLIA’s public profiles on social networks does not entail the collection of personal data, unless expressly authorised.

The user has a profile on the same social network and has decided to join the page created by HYDROLIA GLOBAL CONSULTING S.L., thereby showing an interest in the information advertised on the network. By joining our page, the user gives us their consent to process the personal data published on their profile.

The user may access the privacy policies of the social network itself at any time, as well as configure their profile to guarantee their privacy.

HYDROLIA GLOBAL CONSULTING S.L. has access to and processes the user’s public information, especially their contact name. These data are used only within the social network itself and are not incorporated into any file. HYDROLIA GLOBAL CONSULTING S.L. will carry out the following actions:

In compliance with Organic Law 03/2018 of 5 December on Personal Data Protection, we inform you that, by accepting this notice, you grant your explicit consent for the data you provide to us, as well as your CV, to be incorporated into and processed in Human Resources files under the responsibility of HYDROLIA GLOBAL CONSULTING S.L., with Tax Identification Code B75322214 and address at Carrer de Tuset 8, Esc. Dreta, 7-2, 08006 Barcelona, for the purpose of participating in personnel selection processes, and that such data will be cancelled after the legally established period has elapsed.

HYDROLIA GLOBAL CONSULTING S.L. undertakes to process your data in a fair, transparent, appropriate, relevant, limited, accurate and up-to-date manner, and not to communicate or transfer such information to third parties, except where such communication is necessary or may constitute an improvement for the purpose thereof.

Refusal to authorise such processing would make it impossible to provide the services to which this form refers.
